How we're managed
LBG is a network of companies, managed by Corporate Citizenship
and run by members for members.
The LBG is overseen by a Steering Group made up of members who
volunteer for a fixed term of office, normally three years.

The steering group is chaired by Pam Webb of
the Zurich Community Trust. Other members of the Steering Group
are:

The function of the Steering Group is to:
- Work with Corporate Citizenship to provide good governance for
the London Benchmarking Group
- Act on behalf of the whole membership to maintain and enhance
quality and consistency in applying the LBG model
- Work with Corporate Citizenship to develop internal and
external communications, including messaging, events and on-line
communications
- Support Corporate Citizenship with the international
development of the LBG model and local benchmarking groups
- Work with Corporate Citizenship to attract new members and
sustain the existing membership
The LBG model was created - and its brand and integrity
maintained and protected worldwide - by Corporate Citizenship.
