Cadbury Schweppes and Water Aid

Building on the close relationship between Cadbury Schweppes' cocoa procurement team and Ghanaian farmers the procurement team established this well-building programme in 2000. It aims to improve local communities’ access to clean drinking water.

Project achievements:

By the end of 2005, 319 wells had been built with another 100 due in 2006
