Turner-Habitat for Humanity house build

Well known for spending large sums and involving many staff in activities in Africa, in 2007 Turner added smaller projects on its doorstep with The Big Issue and the Homeless World Cup. Airtime, staff skills and funds were used to help and promote both organisations.

Turner's investment:

£2282 cash, £3791 employee time, £300,000 in kind contributions

Project Achievements:

One group of staff advised The Big Issue on PR and Marketing. They continue to work with them, are creating a video and cycled to Paris to raise money. Another group fundraised and played at the Homeless World Cup with LeeSharp and BrianRobson and CNN gave airtime to promote it.

What is eZ publish?

eZ publish 3 is a professional PHP application framework with advanced CMS (content management system) functionality. The eZ publish Professional Licence gives you the right to use the source code for making your own commercial software. It allows you full protection of your work made with eZ publish. You may re-brand, license and close your source code. eZ publish is not free of charge when used under the terms of the Professional Licence.
